Health testing is one part of how we are informed breeding decisions. We consider these results alongside pedigree, family health history, temperament, working ability, structure, and the strengths and weaknesses of each individual dog.
Health testing cannon guarantee the future health of any dog, but it provides valuable information that helps us make more thoughtful decisions for the generations that fallow.

Ajah is an accomplished working golden, but she is also a cherished member of our family. We value the balance she brings between working, drive, trainability, and the ability to settle in every day life.
She is the kind of dog we want our breeding program to be built around: Capable in the field, adaptable in different settings and a pleasure to live with.

One of the qualities we value in the Golden Retriever is versatility. Ajah has given us the opportunity to experience that versatility through field work, performance, therapy work, and everyday family life.
We believe a well-rounded Golden should be capable of working with purpose while still being an enjoyable and adaptable companion at home.
HER ROLE IN OUR PROGAM
Ajah is part of our breeding program because of the combination of qualities she brings to the table. Her health clearances, pedigree, field accomplishments, temperament, and versatility all contribute information we consider when planning future generations.
When we consider a breeding, we look at both strengths and areas where another pedigree or individual may complement the dog. Our goal is not simply to reproduce what we have, but to thoughtfully build upon it.
