Every Pairing Has a Purpose

Our breeding decisions begin long before a litter is born. Each pairing is planned with consideration for health, temperament, working ability, structure, pedigree, longevity, and versatility.

We look at the strengths and weaknesses of each individual dog, the dogs and generations behind them, and the qualities we hope to preserve or improve in the next generation.

Scout × Biji

This pairing was thoughtfully planned to bring together temperament, versatility, structure, working ability, and strong pedigrees with backgrounds in both conformation and performance.

Scout brings a pedigree that combines Korean champion bloodlines with accomplished American performance dogs. Her ancestry includes dogs with achievements in conformation, obedience, rally, and agility. We value the versatility and working heritage behind Scout and the balance of qualities represented throughout her pedigree.

Biji brings a complementary pedigree with Korean champion ancestry and proven American field and performance lines. His pedigree includes dogs with accomplishments in conformation, field work, and obedience. We particularly value the combination of structure, breed type, and working ability represented in his background.

Our goal with this breeding is to bring together the strengths of both pedigrees while maintaining the natural retrieving instinct, trainability, sound structure, and stable temperament we value in our Goldens. We hope this combination will produce well-rounded dogs capable of succeeding in a variety of activities while also being excellent family companions.

As these puppies mature, we will continue evaluating their health, temperament, structure, working ability, and overall quality to better understand what this combination produces and how it can guide our breeding decisions moving forward.

Ajah × Bro

This pairing was thoughtfully planned to bring together proven retrieving ability, strong working drive, trainability, athleticism, and versatility, with an emphasis on producing Golden Retrievers capable of excelling in the field and across multiple performance venues.

Ajah brings the natural retrieving instinct, biddability, and versatility we value in our Goldens. She has earned her MH8, CD, WC, and titles across rally, barn hunt, and other performance activities, demonstrating her ability to work successfully in different environments and disciplines. We particularly value her field ability, willingness to work with her handler, and the foundation of trainability that has allowed her to accomplish so much across multiple venues.

Bro was specifically selected for Ajah because of the depth of field ability represented in his pedigree. Through his sire, AFC Alexi And Sam's Lil' Bro Terlingua OS, he carries the influence of FC AFC Glenhaven HTRS MN Baronet MH OS FDHF (Bart), a highly accomplished field Golden and recognized producer whose influence can be found throughout competitive working pedigrees. His maternal side adds further depth through TLC's Cold Day In Hell MH, along with accomplished field dogs from the Cedarpond and Topbrass lines. We particularly value the combination of field trial accomplishments, hunt test success, and generations of proven working retrievers behind Bro.

Our goal with this breeding is to preserve Ajah's natural retrieving desire, versatility, and proven trainability while complementing those qualities with the depth of field genetics behind Bro. We hope to produce athletic, driven, and biddable Golden Retrievers with the natural ability to pursue advanced field work, the versatility to participate in other performance sports, and the temperament to be valued companions.

As these puppies mature, we will continue evaluating their health, temperament, structure, retrieving instinct, trainability, and overall working ability to learn what this combination contributed and how it can inform our breeding decisions moving forward.

Puppy Pricing & Registration

Currently, our puppies are priced between $3000 and $3,500 for pet homes. This pricing does not include breeding rights.

Breeding rights may be available for an additional fee to approved breeding programs only. Health testing and titles are required. We do not sell puppies to programs producing Doodles or other mixed breeds.

Puppies sold with full registration are required to complete health testing in accordance with the GRCA Code of Ethics, be listed on K9data, and be AKC registered with “SG’s” at the beginning of the dog’s registered name.
