We generally send our puppies home between 8-9 weeks
How does reserving a puppy work?
wE USUALLY HAVE A WAITING LIST FOR PUPPIES BEFORE THEY ARE EVEN BORN. because we have so many people inquiring we will take deposits for future litters. WE TAKE 4 FEMALE AND 4 MALE DEPOSITS PER LITTER. ONCE THE PUPPIES ARE BORN IF WE HAVE MORE THAN WHAT WE TOOK DEPOSITS ON WE WILL OPEN DEPOSITS BACK UP. WE LET PEOPLE CHOOSE PUPPIES IN THE ORDER THAT THEIR DEPOSITS WERE PLACED.

Does my puppy get dewormed before it comes home?
we deworm puppies with nemex at 2 and 4 weeks. When the puppies are 6 weeks old they get their first dose of heartgard.
What happens if I place a deposit for a puppy before it is born and the dog doesn’t have enough of that gender to fulfill deposits?
We will either return your deposit, you can leave your deposit and wait until that females next litter, or we can move it to our next available litter.
How many sets of vaccines does my puppy need before it can go in public?
puppies should get vaccines at 6,9,12, and 16 weeks. I RECOMMEND waiting until your puppy has finished their full puppy SERIES before taking them out with you.
What vaccines does my puppy get before it comes home?
we will vaccinate your puppy at 6 weeks old. we only vaccinate at a vet clinic with regulated vaccines. Your puppy will RECEIVE its first DAPP WHICH IS DISTEMPER/ADENOVIRUS/PARVO/PARAINFLUENZA.
What does my puppy get sent home with?

What toys do you recommend for my puppy?
We recomend having plenty of chew toys as puppies are chewers! We personally use lumabones, nylabones, and kong toys.
Do you recommend crate training?
We are strong believers in crate training especially when your puppy first comes home! crate training helps establish boundaries as well as helps with potty training.
Do I get to choose my puppy?
Yes and no. Our approach to puppy picks is a little different than some other breeders. We do not follow a traditional picking order. Each puppy is unique and special to us. We will ask you for a list of traits, characteristics, size, and color preferences you have for your puppy, as well as what life will be like with your family. At around 7 weeks of age, we will conduct temperament tests and create puppy personality videos for each pup. You will watch these videos and send us your top two choices. Based on your list and choices, we will select the puppy that we feel best fits your wants and needs. Sometimes, it may not be one of your top two choices. We pride ourselves on our expertise in matching puppies with the right families, as we know our puppies best.
Can I visit the puppies?
We may be able to arrange a special visit for you, though we prefer to set up visits at least a week in advance so we can be fully prepared. Please note that we will not allow visitors who have recently been around unvaccinated dogs. We will also request you to either remove or bleach the bottom of your shoes and wash your hands before interacting with the puppies. This is to ensure the health and safety of our puppies.
How does the process work once my puppy is born?
Once you have been selected for a specific litter and the puppies are born, we will email you all the relevant information you need. This will include details about the food they will be on, when they will be eligible to go home (typically at 8 weeks of age), what will be included in the puppy pack, microchip information, a copy of the contract, and more.
When is the final payment required?
Final payment for your puppy is required by the time your puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. We will not allow a puppy to go home until the full payment has been received.
Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 2-year health guarantee and lifetime breeder support through our dedicated Facebook group. We are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our puppies and providing ongoing support to our families through our online community.
